Revival in our communities begins with transformation in our homes.
When a man follows Christ faithfully, his influence should be felt first by those closest to him. God calls men to love sacrificially, lead humbly, serve faithfully, and intentionally disciple the next generation.
LEADING BEGINS WITH FOLLOWING
Leadership in the home is not about power; it is about responsibility. The first responsibility of a man is to be a follower—specifically, a follower of Jesus Christ. If a man is not submitted to God’s authority, he has no spiritual foundation upon which to lead his family.
Men are called to be the 'head' of the home in the same way Christ is the head of the church—by laying down His life for it. This means leading in repentance, leading in prayer, and leading in obedience to God’s Word.
Before a man is called to lead his home, he is called to follow Christ.
WHAT BIBLICAL LEADERSHIP LOOKS LIKE
Love Sacrificially
Biblical leadership is defined by love, not control. A godly husband loves his wife as Christ loved the church—with a willingness to sacrifice his own needs, comforts, and desires for her flourishing.
Lead Spiritually
A man’s primary duty is to keep his family pointed toward God. He leads the way in worship, reads the Word with his family, and creates a home where God’s presence is central.
Serve Humbly
The greatest in the home is the one who serves. Leadership means being the first to shoulder burdens, the first to seek forgiveness, and the first to meet the practical needs of the household.
Disciple Intentionally
Fathers are called to bring their children up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. This is not passive; it is a daily, intentional investment in their character and faith.
THE IMPACT OF A GODLY MAN
When a man prays, he teaches his family that God is their provider.
When a man repents, he models the humility of Christ.
When a man loves his wife, he provides emotional security for his children.
When a man leads his home in the Word, he builds a legacy that will last for generations.

Children who grow up with a living example of Christ’s character.
A home that becomes a sanctuary of peace and spiritual growth.
A generational legacy of faith that outlives the man himself.
This is how revival moves from the heart of a man into the home and beyond.
NOT EVERY MAN’S HOME LOOKS THE SAME
The biblical call to leadership applies to every man, regardless of his current stage of life. For the married man, his home is his first mission field. For the father, it is his primary place of discipleship. Yet, we recognize that homes look different.
Whether you are a single man preparing for future leadership, a husband without children, a grandfather leading a multi-generational legacy, or a single father navigating the challenges of a broken home—God’s call to lead faithfully remains. Every man is called to build a 'home' where Christ is honored and the Gospel is lived out.
